上個週末也不知是因為太開心回到台南，大吃了吃甚麼，感覺喉嚨有東西卡住～ 想說過個幾天應該就會好了，所以沒有過多操心，但到了第三天... 我覺得不能怎麼下去了，明明吞口水，吃東西都沒有問題，但就是感覺喉嚨有東東。想說先上網查一下好了，但國內的諮詢還真的多，也真的很無理頭 XD 甚麼喝醋啦，吃饅頭啊，這種招數都有.....
Anyway, 後來找到離我家不太遠的「正恩耳鼻喉科」！想說不好預約（當時已經下午一點多了，錯過了到12:30的門診時間）只好去排隊當場排四點的。我到時約3:50PM... guess what, there was a LINE there! i was totally in shock..... got the 7th number (#126) and waited. Btw, 掛號現在是$200了，聽說以前是$150。
The doctor was pretty nice and amiable... 只是當他拿著長長的東東要挖進去我的食道時，我倆次忍不住推開他的手。。因為真的太不舒服到我想吐！他雖然還是看不到問題在哪，到第三次，他說：不拿出來妳還是會不舒服，再忍耐一次吧！我用力深了一口氣，再試一次～～～～～～～～ 超痛！果然有食物卡在扁桃腺的細縫～ XD 醫師說：“只要有過一次卡在那，以後都有可以會持續，就來給我看就可以了！” 甚麼～～～ 對我可是晴天霹靂的消息啊！還有可能以後有這樣的情形？？？！
後來問他要不要拿藥，他說：當然要啊，你喉嚨已經有傷口，有流血，需要消炎～～～ ^^" argh~~~ what an afternoon! but thankfully i got the 'things' OUT!
醫師真的很好～ 也有幫我解決問題囉。後來症狀他打“急性扁桃腺”就是。。。I don't know why

絕對不能買的隱形眼鏡！
話說那天我和表妹因為辦些工作方面的事情在台北公館附近晃，正好看到間隱形眼鏡的商店似乎在做促銷活動。在當時粉快要參加兩場重要婚禮的前期，我得趕快補我隱形眼鏡的貨，就走進去看看產品。店員粉積極的跟上我們的眼神，推薦眼前的隱形眼鏡。「找隱形眼鏡是嘛？我們最近對學生在做些促銷活動，這款的很好用又價格合理喔！」我一看，Cooper Vision（佰視明軟性隱形眼鏡 Biofinity Soft Contact Lens），沒聽過的品牌耶。。。。店員粉快接上「這款美國還有出品質保證證書喔（順便指著立在旁的證書），絕對透氣好，保溼好喔！」。畢竟是住過美國的我，對美國產品是自然地帶著信任；但由於自己有少許乾眼症的問題，還是得問個清楚，所以我接上：「對於有乾眼症的人會不會不夠保溼啊？不會戴久太乾嗎？」「絕對不會！我們乾眼症的學生也都可以戴啊！！絕對不會有這方面的問題的！」他/她打包票的回答我。想說有所需要了，我也不算太太嚴重的乾眼症，他們這樣的保證應該是可以試試。「那要帶三盒還是一盒？三盒又有折扣喔！」「恩。。。。還是買一盒先試試就好。」就這樣。。。。我因為兩眼度數不同，所以各一盒的買了它。
第一天，戴了八小時，回到家要拿下來時。。。。。花了我。。。。。將近20分鐘！當然不是整整20分鐘都在那邊拔，也有點眼藥水，讓眼睛滋潤一點，休息一下，再嘗試，但是。。。。從來沒有拔隱形眼鏡這麼這麼。。。。。。痛苦過～～～～ 真的，我拿到眼睛都紅了！當中想說是否在這晚上九點多的夜晚要去找眼科醫生了！左眼試了將近15分鐘才拿出來，不斷狂碰到眼球，懷疑我是否嚴重傷害到它 >< 右眼。。。。試了20分鐘多，到最後很挫折的幾乎傷到眼球的拿下來了。totally frustrated.....
第二天，也差不多戴了八小時，在這忙碌的八小時中，我。。。竟然又忘了點眼藥水！Guess what.... 這次，花了更久的時間！狂點眼藥水，等待眼睛滋潤，再試，這樣重複了接下來的20分鐘！這次是先拿下右眼，左眼。。。掙扎了快30分鐘。對著我表妹大求救：「我拿不下來～～～～～！怎麼辦～～～～」一樣，眼球紅通通的，感覺不斷碰著它，超級不舒服且擔心我的眼球會不會受傷！
第三天，學乖了，試試看是否真是因為我戴太久，我這次，只試戴了三小時！回家要拿下時。。。。。argh!!!!!!!!!!! 一樣！！！！！拿不下來！！！！！！右眼又是快30分鐘的掙扎跟感到浪費時間，我失望透頂了！結論：跟戴的時間長短沒有完全成正比的關係！就是隱形眼鏡不好！！！！！！！>< 氣！
附上照片，真的！不要買它的產品了！另外，此家店也真的讓我劃上一個“大叉”！！！Will NEVER give it another try... and seriouly, if you're reading, for the sake of your own health, don't ever go >< Not trying to be mean, but... I wouldn't ever wanna waste my time and health to risk anymore - sorry I'm naming it - 「New拋棄式 & 眼鏡商場」。I don't wanna google it and give out its specific address, this is the most I can do to save their face.... NO MORE, EVER!!

雖然之前在VOH及不同的場合曾經聽過很多類似的課程，但感覺現在似乎是一個重新調整的季節，所以這次很興奮地預留時間去參加台北靈糧堂的『愛情方程式』課～！感謝 神，總還是有些很好的學習！(:
這次由周巽正牧師分享（雖然認識這位牧師算粉久了 - back in VOH times in 2005，但這是第一次聽到他的講座！）他似乎應該是最後第四堂課的主講，但不知道為何提前為第一週了～～！所以主題以這第一次。。。顯得很震撼 --- “分手的真理”～！很吸引吧！！！XD 讓人覺得一定要洗耳恭聽！！
多數人都會覺得成功交往跟失敗交往的差別就是。。。。走入婚姻vs.分手傷痛～ 但是周牧師一開始就講到第一個“真理” - “分手可能是通往幸福的唯一出口”！雖然聽起來殘酷，但是理性上來看，可不是～！交往的目的：彼此認識。所以即使分手，也只是代表“不適合”。所謂“因著誤解而交往，因著瞭解而分開” 所以周牧師表示分手也是為了將來幸福的一個出口～！
喜歡周牧師分享的方式，雖然他有講義，但是感覺得出來是有經驗的，所以臨時補了很多內容是講義沒有的，卻也是很完整的系統！(: 他先帶領大家在交往前，先思考。。。。分手後怎麼辦？因為。。。多數交往的人是同一個圈子的。可能同小組，同工司，同社團，同朋友圈。。。。那分手後可能要面臨無法同小組，無法同朋友圈等等（如果兩人還不夠成熟面對）。另外他提到在分手後，盡量都不要有任何互動！連打招呼都可以不用。。。。說真的，這點讓我很釋放～=p 並不是永遠這樣，但是在分手後可以有自由，正常地做自己，這點是很大的安慰！有機會若他人遇到此狀況，我很高興我能這樣告訴他/她 (again, 並不是永遠。。。但在剛開始時是可以有這樣的自由～～) 之後他提到清單（我希望我的伴侶是。。。。然後為此來禱告）～～～ 這應該是多數基督徒都有被教導該寫下的。。。。在場極大多數的人也都是有寫過，然而，周牧師提醒清單在大方向，原則上是好的；然而在細節的部份，他不太贊成～！原因是：我們尋找的不一定是自己真正想要/需要的～！因為我們現在對於“好”的價值觀，可能已經被這個世界影響太大～！你想到的正妹，可能真的相處下來，你無法舒服地做你自己；妳覺得受吸引的弟兄，可能真的交往後妳感到個性完全搭不上～ 所以，重點：”認識自己“的重要性！
是否相信"The One"呢？！周牧師教導大家要有平衡的認識！是的，可能有"the ONE!" 但是在站在紅毯上，當著眾人與 神面前說“I DO”時，s/he 就是the ONE! 周牧師表示，即使結婚後，一般人都還是會遇到其他讓你/妳感到受吸引的異性！他說一定會 XD 甚至你還會覺得他人比你的伴侶看起來更像"the ONE!" XD 所以對所謂的"the ONE"要有這樣正確的認知！:D 婚姻不容易，但是有天梯的！！！ 神絕對給我們足夠的恩典走下去！
他以開車來形容交往(w/ PPT)。。。。開車就像是你/妳開著車，在路上遇到覺得可以交往的對象，而邀請他/她上車與你/妳一起旅行。那什麼是分手呢？分手就是。。。。（公車下車鈴及下車的動作）對方按鈴，決定下車。
而以下是3種需要下車理由：
1. 當戀情出現第三者：在關係裡，我們是值得對方專心/專一的對待。所以如果出現第三者，是要認真考慮分手的。不要將blame放在自己身上。一對一是最底限的，交往一定要忠誠！！！！
2. 當你被暴力對待時（不論是言語，肢體或是精神上）：這種人無法管理自己的情緒，很嚴重的。。。
3. 當溝通後方向仍然不一致：無法同心就無法同行。可能是價值觀，可能是先後順序。
*考慮下車前，先學會煞車：
1. 可以清楚地跟對方表達：e.i. 學習站在我的立場想
2. 可以在事情沒太嚴重前給提醒：e.i. 你不可以這樣對我
3. 也為彼此爭取更多時間冷靜思考：e.i. 到底適不適合進入婚姻
**煞車不等於分手！**
分手已經很難過了，在傷痛中，很難真的溝通清楚；分手 = 不適合，所以我們不是受害者，即使是被告知的那方。已經立場不同了：溝通是為了通。。。但已經決定分開，兩人的立場已經不一樣，所以就不用太多溝通了。如果能改早就改了，也不用為了對方的好處再做甚麼提醒。。。被告知的一般都會一直問: WHY~~~ 可以問"WHY", 但其實不用尋找更深分手的答案。因為男女一般講為什麼分手的原因都不太一樣～～～～提分手的人講得應該也不是真正的理由，也不需要為對方改變甚麼。即使知道原因，也只是二度或三度的傷害。而問很多時，只是因為不甘心。所以。。。分手，就只是承認看走眼，我更認識他/她了，所以我分手。然而，分手不只是分手而已，是有seasons要去面對的。。～！
分手的四季：
1. 爆炸期：從提出分手到發呆，空虛感。特徵：眼淚潰堤，哭鬧，失控（弟兄這方面比較不會表達，可能會裝沒事～～～或是還沒感覺到自己的感覺。周牧師說弟兄基本上只有兩個感覺。。。。1. 不爽～ 2. 暴怒～）Forever becomes.. EVER~!
2. 錯愕期：從發呆，空虛到饒恕。特徵：發呆，恍神，混亂，無力，情緒不定（這時很有可能會找個rebound - 感覺像是個quick fix.. but it doesn't fix anything! 而且很容易找個跟前ex個性完全不同的人；所以切忌立刻與他人交往！因為這時可能空虛到很desparate... 甚至性別也不顧 XD 不馬上進入另一個關係是對三人的一種尊重與保護！）
a) 告訴自己：我和他是兩個不同世界的人了！（如果對方仍想跟你保持友誼，聯繫，他才自私～ 不要有實無名～）
b) 刪掉對方的MSN, facebook, 手機等，封鎖他的帳號，不打聽他/她的消息。
c) 要復原嗎？該挽回嗎？**要去想原因為什麼想要復合。因為原因要是“對的”。是因為看對方太難過了嗎？還是他/她還有你想要的？是不甘心自己付出太多了？怕找不到對象？因為孤單，不想要一個人？還是。。。他/她仍是個適合的人？除非是最後一個原因，不然就不要復原。
d) 切忌立刻與他人交往～！
e) 愛情信物怎麼辦？想想，你希望看到交往的人仍留著前男/女友的東西嗎？處理掉吧，即使捨不得。丟掉並不是忘掉過去，或是否定過去，而是決定不讓它牽制住未來的人生！丟，並不是為了報復對方，而是不要被過去的信物成為將來幸福的絆腳石！
3. 釋放期：從開始饒恕到不在被分手困擾。特徵：流淚，安靜，選擇饒恕（選擇-----永遠有選擇！“我們always能選擇去manage我們的情緒”。相愛是一種選擇，分手是一種選擇，饒是是一種選擇，不饒恕也是一種選擇。）
- Forgive: 選擇饒恕
- Focus: 將焦點放在幸福的信念上
- Friendly: 友善的對待周圍的人
- Feeling: 向 神說出你的感覺
**選擇饒恕的代價是比不饒恕還大！聖經用欠債來比喻饒恕。。。因為奪走的（e.i. 自信，安全感，背叛）需要identify （這個字我自己加的），知道甚麼被奪走了，以至於能知道被 神饒恕甚麼，醫治才能發生！(Forgiveness is a JOURNEY!)
**所需要的饒恕。。。等，神說：我都有你/妳所需要的！這是量身定做的！！WOW! 恢復到即使它是發生了，但是對我沒任何負面影響～！
**若持續stay as a victim （選擇當被害者），無法經歷 神的醫治與修復～ 因為被害者有權利：1. 同情眼光 2. 他人認同 3. 他人同你/妳視對方為敵人。要放下被害者的心態 = 放下討債的權利；報復的權利。所以不是 神不能醫治。。。很多時候有可能我們把那“偷竊，殺害，毀壞”的手當作是 神的 （約10:10），然而那是盜賊 （魔鬼撒旦）～！！！而我們不斷問 神"why"... but it's not God! 對 神的形象我們害怕了，而不敢放下。。。 but it's NOT GOD! 我們的 神是要叫我們得生命，並且得的更豐盛！:D
4. 重建期：更認識，珍惜自己，做更好的選擇，配偶清單不等於 神的旨意。

Kids Abuse & Neglect Reporting Act
- A reasonable suspicion of any forms of child abuse would mandate a child abuse report by any mandated reporter.
- "Child" is defined as a person under the age or 18 yrs
- "Mandated reporter" includes, but is not limited to, a physician, surgeon, psychiatrist, psychologist, dentist, resident, intern, podiatrist, chiropractor, licensed nurse, dental hygienist, optometrist, marriage, family, and child counselor, clinical social worker, psychological assistant, marriage family and child therapist trainee, unlicensed marriage, family, and child therapist intern.
- Under 12, kids cannot be left alone
- What is considered "abuse" among kids? - 4 years difference! e.i. 14 yrs old vs. 10 yrs old
- [When a clergy member acquires knowledge or reasonable suspicion of child abuse during a penitential communication], any clergy member who has knowledge of or observes a child, in his or her professional capacity or within the scope of his or her duties, whom he or she knows or reasonably suspects has been the victim of child abuse, shall report the known or suspected instance of child abuse to a child protective agency immediately or as soon as practically possible by telephone and shall prepare and send a written report thereof within 36 hours of receiving the information concerning the incident. A child protective agency shall be notified and a report shall be prepared and sent even if the child has expired, regardless of whether or not the possible abuse was a factor contributing to the death (Pen. Code, 11166, subd. (c).)
- Willful cruelty or unjustifiable punishment of a child: willfully causes or permits the person or health of the child to be place in a situation such that his/her person or health is endangered
- Sexual abuse: includes both sexual assault and sexual exploitation. Sexual assault includes, but is not limited to, rape, statutory rape (under certain circumstances), incest, sodomy, lewd and lascivious acts upon a child, and child molestation. Sexual exploitation refers generally to the creation and distribution of child pornography.

Two Right Wisdom Teeth~
今天真是生命中特別的一天... 本來只是想去看看"快樂牙醫"鐘醫師的意見... 但他還真是果斷地當天要幫我動手術... 我整個傻眼 @@ 因為之前一直聽說要做全身的麻醉, 連Uncle Paul也不建議我是清醒的狀態, 然而.. 護士說他們只做局部麻醉 >< 所以啊, 我就.. 似乎沒有選擇性的決定今天處理了~ 右邊的兩顆都今天處理了... 超痛~ 雖然有麻醉, 但是聲音也還是聽得一清二楚.. 鋸的聲音, 拔的聲音, 及血味... 我都可以感覺到. 只能說, 感謝主讓我這麼快處理了離神經近的右下這顆. 其實現在好痛... 不知道是術後的酸還是痛.. 這應該就是他們指得痛吧... 還真的滿難受的. 又不能spit, 不能吸, 不能用力.... 不能全口的刷牙跟洗頭這兩事讓我十分不舒服~ >< 總之, 只能撐下去了... 希望可以盡快地吃solid food... LORD! Have mercy on me and... I still wanna thank YOU for today~ :)

U.S. Medical System...
My eyes got so irritated for many days already. Dry eye symptoms did not improve even after I increased the frequency of rewetting drops; actually, it got worse! 我媽咪很爽快地叫我去給醫生檢查 *以前總覺得她很不喜歡我一不舒服就提想看醫生, 這次她豪爽地主動提起, 還真嚇到我~ 但是有感到被愛的感覺 lol So I quickly made an eye appointment, too disappointing that my school insurance does not cover vision *nor is dental I think >< The doctor was really nice and professional, but I just cannot understand U.S. medical system at all!!
Why are they so expensive? Tacq once told me that it's NOT that hard to be a doctor, but it is SUPER difficult to BECOME one. Maybe THAT is the reason, but still..... still... can only rich people receive medical? That's the message I got. Anywayz... the eye exam was $69, not including a prescription doctor gave me. So this is where the absurdity that triggered me to write this entry - I was being requested to purchase this tiny little eye drop thing that Dr. Chen said any pharmacy store would carry it. On my way to school, I stopped by at Albertsons' Sav-on pharmacy... waiting for like 15-20 min to obtain this. The price shocked me a bit (I assumed it to be less than $10), so I just randomly asked for its original price before deducted from my insurance coverage and I sure was dumbfounded by the cost she told me! It was... $100 something!!! @@ Seriously, this minute bottle was 5.5 cm (I just measured it) and 5 mL! Alright, I guess my eyes are SO important! Thank God I am not allergic to any of its ingredients (or haven't found out yet?) & was valid for its prescription coverage. =)

作息不正常
又是一個晚睡的夜晚. 不是因為功課, 不是因為想熬夜, 只是晚回家, 睡意似乎沒了. 啊..... 晚睡有對不起我媽咪的感覺..... 皮膚會過敏跟這也有關係吧.
今年的summer camp's worship songs又是很有活力, 會讓人rejuvenate的歌. 期待~~~~~~ *Supernatural, My Redeemer Lives, This is the Day, In the Sanctuary, Tell the World, Better than Life.... etc. 就算是老歌, 新的arrangement還是很有能力地! Let the sounds of praise be heard!

鼻子你還在嗎?
快被花粉整瘋了!!!!!!! Benedryal 後來沒效了, 買了Zyrtec.... 可是, 好像更嚴重. 爸媽和哥在台灣其中最大的收穫之一應該包括躲過這折騰人的花粉ㄡ.....
每每晚都要凹個1-2小時才能睡著, 清晨熬過一段後才會有一整晚最好的睡眠時間... 啊!!! 今早.... 擤到凌晨7點才睡著. 主啊..... 花粉真的很煩耶.~ 我真的快撐不下去了

膝蓋
前兩個禮拜參加教會的同工退休會時, 左膝就有十分不舒服的情況. 可是因為我很常自己撞到 (any part of my body!) 而不知所覺.... 直到最後有瘀青, 或感到痛時, 才知道自己又受傷了..~ ^^" 所以, 一開始想說它只是又不知道何時自己碰撞到的後果, 所以沒有太在意. 當時就請Lillian幫我禱告, 想說再看看. 它的確過了兩天, 就也沒有影響我了, 直到.................... 昨天~ 不知道是因為連續這幾天走太多路, 日日累積下來的關係嗎, 天天晚上到家時都是腳酸到不行... 腳底到昨天也是痛到感覺快長水泡, 左膝蓋又開始酸痛. 應該不是風濕啊, 天氣沒有變化太大啊.~~~ @@ 總之, 今天選擇在家休息, 晚上再跟老朋友碰面. 今天呢, 就也休息, 預備體力明天跟嘉音整天的遊玩.
Thanks to those who've been reading, 請為我的左膝禱告... 雖然不知道是什麼原因造成的, 但今早讀經時, 有一處講到為義受苦... 並不是說我此刻在為義受苦! 可是... 為義受苦是比為罪受苦好, 而連為義都要能受苦, 我... 是該要有受苦的心志!! (Ring a bell....?) Anyhow... 困苦難受中才知道自己對 神的信心到哪~
*以前有家人, 親戚或朋友跟我提到考慮搬回台灣/亞洲時, 我都很不想.... 喜歡比起亞洲, 國外寬闊不擁擠的環境, 比較清晰且不那麼悶熱的空氣, 部分的文化理念, 自由的空間, 跟比較沒有人情壓力面對人與人之間的關係等的. 但是..... 這次回來, 我想也是這幾年 神不斷在調整我.... 心態上感覺不只可以接受, 且是比較可以欣然地接受. 但是至少還是有未來三年的讀書時間是不可避免的, 除非 神出手帶領我走別條路. 神當然都可以隨祂的意旨行任何事, but where do we see ourselves belong to, determines how God can steer us in a greater extend. 我是否把自己當作是在世寄居呢?

Josh隨口說說得... 真的被他講中了. Dr. Helen 說是支氣管炎... 我知道, 不是氣管炎, 不是肺炎... 可是還是聽起來很可怕說. 擤出來的鼻涕是黃色帶血, 是有點嚇人..... @@ 雖然說不是看到血會昏倒, 可是還是不想要看到這麼多血啊~~~~ Lord, rescue me! 我的健康屬於祢......
